About

But first, Pelvic Health is the online learning platform for Rhea Physical Therapy. Rhea PT is located in St. Louis, Missouri and is owned and operated by yours truly, Dr. Savannah Carlson, PT, DPT, RYT. My mission is to help my clients overcome pelvic floor dysfunction so that they can reach their full potential at home, work, and play.

My ultimate goal in founding Rhea PT was to create freedom for myself and my clients—freedom to choose what we do, where we do it, how we do it, and when we do it. Pelvic floor problems, such as incontinence and pelvic pain, have a way of taking our freedom away and interfering with our choices. My goal as your PT is to help you get your freedom back and teach you the information and skills to sustain that freedom for yourself.

Because not everyone can access my services, I created this blog to share the information, strategies, and skills that I teach my clients with the global community. I hope you find the resources I provide here useful and empowering. Remember, if you’re struggling with pelvic floor dysfunction of any kind, it doesn’t have to be that way. Start here with learning, then use this information to help you take the next step toward putting your pelvic health first. Because when you put your pelvic health first, you put yourself first.

Thank you for being here!
